WINTERS BOT
Winters bot is good for greeting
people when they enter a channel it has BAN products like other
bots, chat programs, Diablo, StarCraft demo it will IGNORE guests
so they can't give commands to your bot. TIMEKICK kicks any one
who sits in your channel for more then a given time. AUTOPURGE
deletes guests who haven't been seen in a given number of days.
TAGBAN is used to ban clan members. TGREET sets the message the
says when some one joins the channel for the first time. GUESTMSG
greeting for guests. REGULARMSG greeting for channel regulars.
OPERATORMSG greeting for operators. MASTERMSG greeting for the
